Megger BITE5 Battery Tester
Measure the voltage, voltage ripple, AC (ripple), DC (float), impedance, and temperature of lead acid, NiCD, and lithium-ion batteries using the Megger BITE5 Battery Tester. In addition to this, the Megger BITE5 Battery Tester supports discharge testing and will measure voltage, current, impedance, and temperature throughout the discharge cycle. Moreover, it can be used to measure and record combiner DC voltages and the input and output of inverters, making the Megger BITE5 Battery Tester ideal for testing solar systems.
Pass, fail, and warning limits can be set for voltage and impedance. Additionally, when discharge testing, the average impedance determined during the commissioning test can be used as a limit for future impedance tests. Data is visible via the Megger BITE5 Battery Tester’s colour and touchscreen display. Measurements for each test or readings for the cell can be trended on the Megger BITE5 Battery Tester. Recorded results may be transferred to Megger’s PowerDB Software via Wi-Fi, a USB interface, or an SD card to create custom reports.
