Kern ODC-8 Microscope Camera – Choice of Model

The Kern ODC-8 Microscope Cameras can be used to convert compatible standard Kern microscopes into to digital microscopes. This is achieved by swapping out one of the standard eyepieces on the non-digital microscope for the Kern ODC-8 Camera; the camera can then be connected to the user’s PC or laptop via a USB cable.
The USB cable also serves as a power supply thereby removing the need for an additional power source.
The Kern ODC-8 Microscope Cameras are able to provide a high frame rate and stable image performance, ensuring that they are both efficient and reliable.
Finally, in addition to a USB cable and various eyepiece adapters, the Kern ODC-8 Microscope Cameras are supplied with Kern’s Microsoft VIS Software and an object micrometre for calibrating the software.
