Dual-range Kern UID High-Resolution Pallet Balances do the job of two scales as they provide the scope of a higher range without compromising the resolution of the lower scale.

All of the Kern UID High-Resolution Pallet Scales have been EC-type approved and are equipped with the following functions:

Totalising Level A: weights of similar items are added together; the total weight can be sent to print
Alarm: programmable upper and lower limits with audible and visual alerts

The Kern UID High-Resolution Pallet Scales are also equipped with an RS-232 interface and Kern Communication Protocol (KCP). These interfaces can be used to communicate with printers, PCs and other instruments that support KCP, enabling the user to manage all relevant parameters. In addition to the RS-232 interface, the Kern UID High-Resolution Pallet Scales can be fitted with ONE other interface, for instance, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Ethernet; please see the ‘OPTIONAL Interfaces’ section below and/or contact our sales team for further information.

Each of the Kern UID High-Resolution Pallet Scales is constructed from powder-coated steel, and features four silicone-coated aluminium load cells. These cells are IP67-rated ensuring they are protected against dust and water splashes. These floor scales are also supplied with a protective working cover.

Furthermore, the Kern UID High-Resolution Pallet Scales are battery operated; this, combined with their rollers and handles, ensures that both the balance and display can be transported easily. These floor scales have also been designed to take up minimum storage space.
