The Sauter TVO-S Premium Stepper Motor Test Stands are available in three models that vary in regards to their measuring ranges and maximum travelling distances. Please see the table below for further details.

The Sauter TVO-S Premium Stepper Motor Test Stands can be used with a variety of Sauter’s force measuring instruments in order to perform compression and tension tests. This instrument is able to accommodate force gauges with ranges of up to 2kN; it is possible to fix these gauges to the test stands, please see the ‘Accessories’ section for further information.

In addition to their robust, table-top design, the Sauter TVO-S Premium Stepper Motor Test Stands are also constructed to accommodate the secure attachment of various Sauter test instruments; as such these stands can be used with an array or clamps, grips and mounts. This flexibility of configuration allows the user to tailor the Sauter TVO-S Premium Stepper Motor Test Stands to the application. Its scope-for-use is further extended by its extensive travelling distance and step motor.

The addition of a step motor enables the Sauter TVO-S Premium Stepper Motor Test Stands to conduct tests at the minimum speed with the maximum load. Further to this, the user is also able to run tests at a constant speed from the smallest load to the maximum load and can adjust the positioning and the process speed precisely. Process speed information is indicated on the display enabling accurate adjustment, and starting and stopping are performed precisely at all speeds without overrun.

The Sauter TVO-S Premium Stepper Motor Test Stands feature Automatic and Manual operation modes. The user is able to control the Sauter TVO-S Premium Stepper Motor Test Stands via the premium operating panel or using Sauter’s AFH Software. Via the premium operating panel, the user is able to view the digital speed display and access the digital Repeat function.
